Boulder - Staying after graduation

Boulder is one of the most beautiful settings to live and work in and attend college - anywhere in the world and continues to receive mention time and again in Top Ten Lists (in 2009) and now in 2010, the latest, Best Places to go to College and  Best Places to Live after Graduation.

Nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains and a mere 30 minutes from Denver, Boulder is a welcoming, diverse community that has something for everyone – outdoor recreation (e.g., the Bolder Boulder), a first-rate educational system, entertainment, plentiful shopping, established businesses and innovative start-ups, a well-educated workforce, and who could forget the unparalleled beauty of the Flatirons.
If you're a graduate and you do decide to stay - it might be an opportune time to invest in your first home. Much has been made of housing conditions in the country.  Boulder, however, is its own market. With a limited amount of land available, a slow growth policy in effect, the city's 2% annual limit on real estate expansion and the desireability of the area - Boulder's property values have not only maintained, but continue to increase.

We couldn't agree more that Boulder is a great place to live! (Find more specific Graduates information here.)
